Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from the Hypnotic Seminars. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a 100% refund within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, please send an email to support@hypnoticseminars.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request. We will respond promptly to confirm your refund and provide instructions for returning the item(s).

Please note that we can only issue refunds for items that are returned in their original condition and that the buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with the return. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.

With keynote presentations, seminars, workshops, breakout sessions, and other service-based purchases, you also have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with the result of Rocky’s performance for any reason, please send an email to support@hypnoticseminars.com explaining the reason for your dissatisfaction and we will issue a full refund.

If your event was booked through an agency or speaker bureau, please keep the bureau representative in copy across all communications.
